Consider A Standing Desk

One of the biggest issues with prolonged computer usage is that it generally means you’re in a seated position for hours and hours each day. But luckily, this doesn’t have to be the case.

Things like your posture, blood flow, and stamina are all improved simply by being able to stand up while using the computer.

Focus On Workspace Ergonomics

Whether you’re sitting or standing when using your computer, setting up your workspace with the right ergonomics can make a big difference in your physical health and the wear and tear your body goes through.

In addition to your joints, bones, and muscles, your eyes can take quite a bit of damage from staring at a computer all day, too.

By making the font size bigger, you’ll be able to put less stress on your eyes and fight off fatigue that you might otherwise experience. Also, you may find that you’re more productive and accurate with the work you’re doing.
